Wow your guests with these easy to assemble antipasto skewers. I did tortellini, artichoke, roasted red pepper, mozzarella, olive, tortellini, salami.

- 15 Marinated Green Olives
- 15 pieces Roasted Red Pepper
- 15 Small Mozzarella Balls
- 15 pieces diced salami or other cold cut meat optional, may already be in your tortellini salad
- 15 Skewers
Slide ingredients onto each skewer, alternating any similar colors.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
