Chocolate Avocado Mousse Recipe
A thick and creamy chocolate avocado mousse with a pudding like texture. It's creamy and decadent and can easily be made vegan or paleo. It's a dessert that's not only delicious but almost healthy, too!

2 ripe avocados pitted and peeled 5 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted or bittersweet ¾ cup Dutch process cocoa powder or cacao powder ⅔ cup milk or almond milk/coconut milk ½ cup sugar or maple syrup or powdered sweetener of choice 1 tablespoon vanilla 1 teaspoon salt
In a blender, combine the avocados, chocolate, cocoa powder, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt. Blend on low speed until combined.
Stop the blender and scrape down the sides, then blend on high speed until the mixture is silky smooth, about 3 minutes.
Divide the mousse among six 4–fluid ounce ramekins.
Dust with cocoa powder and top with a fresh strawberry or a few raspberries.
